Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Business Administrator / Office administrator join our team one of our clients
In this role, you will play a critical part in their office operations and ensuring all financial and administrative tasks are handled with precision. You will work closely with the leadership team, including the owner and the direct manager, to support a workforce of approximately 28 employees. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive benefits package, paid lunches, and a fair, flexible work environment.
Responsibilities
• Financial Data Management: Execute daily input of financial data into company systems, specifically focusing on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Payroll Coordination: Input payroll data for the team to be processed by our outsourced provider.
• Banking & Documentation: Manage banking tasks, handle cheques, and maintain organized records.
• Office Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing envelopes and assisting with various office tasks as needed.
• Cross-Functional Support: Proactively learn other internal roles to provide backup support and ensure seamless office productivity.
Software Utilization: Use QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Teams) to manage daily workflows.

Required Skills & Experience
• Professional Background: 3–5 years of experience in Business Administration, AR/AP, or as an Office Administrator.
• Technical Proficiency: Must have proven experience with QuickBooks Online and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Teams).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the internal team.
Work Schedule: Ability to work on-site 5 days a week (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), with flexibility for a potential shift to virtual/remote work in the future.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Company Size Familiarity: Previous experience working within a small-to-medium business environment (ideally 20–50 employees).
