Job Description
Support initiatives on the Business Transformation team, focused on digitizing and modernizing customer and partner experiences
Spend approximately 25% of your time supporting an in‑flight initiative to digitize forms using DocHub, helping streamline application intake and reduce manual processing
Play a key role in launching a new solicitor portal initiative, a B2B integration with external title services partners
Help stand up a new customer experience portal designed for customers’ employees, ensuring usability and end‑to‑end process alignment
Spend the majority of your day getting the new solicitor portal project up and running, as the team transitions from planning into delivery
Support delivery readiness by helping stand up the delivery team, clarifying roles, timelines, and dependencies
Partner closely with technology, product, operations, and external vendors to move the initiative from design into execution
Assist with requirements refinement, coordination across workstreams, and early delivery tracking
Identify risks, gaps, or blockers and escalate as needed to keep initiatives moving forward

Required Skills & Experience
5 plus years of PM experience
Strong knowledge of agile methodology and practices
Experience in home financing at large FI specifically focused on closing experience and engagement with solicitors
Strong data and analytics mindset using data to inform decisions and recommend options for resolution
Ideally has worked on large B2B integration between FI and suppliers

Past BMO experience
past work in collaborative environments
