Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Senior Delivery Lead to support large-scale, enterprise technology initiatives spanning multiple development teams and platforms. This individual will act as a senior delivery authority, partnering closely with technology leadership and serving as a proxy in delivery forums when required. The Delivery Lead will oversee multiple Agile teams across platform development, production support, and shared services, supporting approximately 14 developers and enabling delivery across a broader ecosystem of up to 15 dependent development teams.
This role operates within a complex, multi-channel environment supporting customer-facing and banker-facing applications across both U.S. and Canadian markets. The Delivery Lead will work closely with engineering teams to guide delivery of actively evolving platforms, ensuring enhancements and new capabilities are delivered predictably and with strong alignment across stakeholders. While this role does not require hands-on coding, the successful candidate must bring a strong technical foundation and the ability to understand and challenge solution designs, cloud architecture, and system integrations to effectively lead delivery.
This position is expected to start in June and will play a critical leadership role in driving execution, managing dependencies, and representing delivery ownership within a fast-paced, enterprise Agile environment.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead supporting large, complex technology initiatives.
Prior hands-on technology or development background with strong understanding of modern application architecture.
Strong working knowledge of microservices-based systems and modern UI frameworks such as Angular.
Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB (hands-on development not required).
Solid understanding of cloud platforms, with AWS experience preferred (other public cloud platforms acceptable).
Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and operating within multi-team environments.
Proven ability to lead, influence, and represent senior leadership across delivery discussions and stakeholder forums.
Experience overseeing active development work involving both enhancements to existing platforms and the delivery of new capabilities.
Ability to work closely with development teams to understand solutions at a technical level without performing coding or data extraction.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and coordinating multiple delivery streams and development teams.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience delivering technology initiatives within banking or financial services environments.
Previous experience working in a large Canadian bank environment.
Prior experience supporting both customer-facing and banker-facing platforms.
Experience operating across multi-region delivery models (U.S. and Canada).
