Quality Manager - AI and Robotics – INTL

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead end-to-end quality initiatives across humanoid and robotics programs within a cutting-edge AI environment. This role will be responsible for developing quality assurance strategies, establishing testing frameworks, and driving continuous improvement across hardware and software systems. The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and AI teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and compliant robotic solutions while mitigating risks and optimizing processes.

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality management within technology or software development environments
• 3+ years of experience in humanoid robotics, autonomous systems, AI/ML, or egocentric data collection projects
• Experience leading quality initiatives in complex hardware-software integrated environments
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, system, and UAT testing)
• Experience with quality management systems and frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Agile QA)
• Experience in QA systems for AI/ML scalable QA systems for AI/ML (RLHF, SFT, Red Teaming, data for physical AI, etc).

• Quality certifications (e.g., ASQ, Six Sigma Black Belt)
