Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the modernization of loan management and collections platforms within a financial services environment. This role will play a key part in moving away from legacy and manual systems and transitioning to industry‑standard platforms that better support scalability and efficiency.
The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to identify target platforms, define system architecture, and support integrations between loan servicing systems, collections platforms, and an integration hub. The role will focus heavily on ensuring loan and collections data is accurately captured, transformed, and fed into downstream collections solutions.
This consultant will support two delivery pods and assist with onboarding efforts as new platforms are introduced. The initial engagement is expected to start as a six‑month contract with a strong likelihood of extension based on project demand and performance.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services environments.
Hands-on experience supporting loan management systems and collections platforms across the full loan lifecycle.
Strong understanding of loan servicing, collections workflows, and downstream financial impacts.
Experience leading or supporting system migrations from legacy or manual processes to modern, industry‑standard platforms.
Ability to support multiple delivery pods simultaneously and onboard new teams into complex platforms.
Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working with LoanPro or similar loan servicing platforms.
Previous exposure to collections tools such as Optimix or other legacy collections solutions.
Experience modernizing manual or workaround‑heavy operational processes.
Background supporting large‑scale financial system transformations or multi‑phase platform rollouts.
