Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Services Reporting Consultant to join the team full-time at one of our largest HCM clients in Mexico. The successful candidate will work directly with the clients to build and deliver customized reporting solutions for clients who require enhancements beyond standard system reports. The person will conduct the following activities:

- Gather and clarify reporting requirements directly from clients
- Translate business needs into technical report specifications
- Build and customize reports using SQL and internal reporting tools
- Perform data validation and QA checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage and track progress across 20+ concurrent report deliverables
- Work within tight or reverse timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
- Communicate updates, risks, and clarifications to clients and internal stakeholders
- Leverage team mentors and SMEs for technical guidance when needed

Required Skills & Experience

- Advanced technical skills with a strong focus on data and reporting development
- Advanced SQL experience (complex joins, transformations, data analysis)
- Experience with report development and customization
- Proven ability to gather and translate client requirements into technical deliverables
- Strong client-facing communication and consulting skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (20+ deliverables) and working against reverse or fixed timelines
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and multitasking capabilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working in HCM (Human Capital Management) environments
- Exposure to payroll, HR, or employee data reporting
- Experience working within implementation or consulting environments
