Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support a US‑based Cash Management transformation project leveraging the Intellect Cash Management platform. This role requires a unique blend of strong stakeholder management, and communication skills, combined with deep technical and hands-on BSA capabilities.
The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently engage senior stakeholders, lead requirements discussions, and drive problem-solving efforts, while also translating business needs into clear, high-quality functional and technical artefacts within an Agile delivery environment.
Agile user story writing for Cash Management capabilities (payments, liquidity, receivables, reporting, entitlements), with clear acceptance criteria
Backlog refinement and grooming to support iterative delivery of Cash Management features in an Agile environment
End‑to‑end Cash Management data analysis, including source‑to‑target data mapping across upstream and downstream systems
Functional solution design aligned to Cash Management platforms (e.g., Intellect), including system behavior, integrations, and data flows
Analysis and optimization of Cash Management processes and workflows, including current‑state and future‑state process mapping

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a BSA
- Strong knowledge of cash management operations and commercial banking servicing practices
- experience with Agile user story writing with clear acceptance criteria
- End‑to‑end data analysis, including source‑to‑target data mapping and validation
- Functional solution design translating business requirements into system-ready specifications
- Process and workflow analysis, including current‑state and future‑state optimization
