Job Description
As a Sr. IT Project Manager at one of Insight Global's Big 5 Canadian Banking clients, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple IT projects across a Program within commercial payments technologies. Your role will involve strategic planning, resource allocation, setting up program governance and risk management to ensure projects/work streams are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage IT programs, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks across multiple work streams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience
• Experience leading large, complex IT programs (multi‑stream, enterprise scope)
• Proven ability to set up program governance, planning, and risk management
• Excellent communication and executive‑level presentation skills
• Experience delivering programs involving technology and business change
