Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager with deep expertise in infrastructure modernization and virtualization to support a high-priority initiative focused on assessing and executing a large-scale virtualization and HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure) transformation program. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure strategy and delivery execution, and will be instrumental in deployment planning. The successful candidate will be comfortable with 1 day a week on site.

Required Skills & Experience

14+ years of progressive experience in IT Program or Project Management
Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure modernization programs, including virtualization and/or HCI initiatives
Hands-on familiarity with OpenShift and containerized/virtualized environments
Proven ability to assess infrastructure landscapes and produce actionable migration or modernization recommendations
Strong executive communication skills, able to translate technical complexity into business-level reporting
Experience in large financial institution environments is strongly preferred
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is an asset

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization or similar platforms
Background in cloud infrastructure, hybrid cloud, or data center transformation
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks
