Integration Lead- S4Hana

Insight Global is seeking a senior Integration Lead to support a large‑scale S/4HANA transformation program. This role is not a SAP‑only Integration Suite / CPI SME position. While strong hands‑on experience with SAP Business Integration Suite (BIS) is required, the role demands enterprise integration leadership across SAP and non‑SAP platforms in a highly brownfield, customized environment.
The Integration Lead will act as the single integration design authority for the S/4HANA program—owning integration architecture, patterns, governance, and delivery across a complex ecosystem that includes SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, Oracle iHub/WebLogic, and MFT (JSCAPE). This role bridges program delivery and enterprise Integration CoE strategy, working closely with multiple system integrators, architects, and internal stakeholders.

Lead end‑to‑end integration design and delivery for the S/4HANA program.
Act as the single integration design authority across SAP and non‑SAP platforms.
Define and enforce API‑first, secure‑by‑design, reusable integration patterns.
Provide architectural leadership across SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, MuleSoft, Oracle iHub/WebLogic, and JSCAPE MFT.
Ensure integration governance covering security, resiliency, observability, and lifecycle management.
Partner with delivery teams and service integrators to enable scalable, maintainable solutions.
Align S/4HANA integrations with Integration CoE standards and enterprise architecture direction.
Identify and mitigate integration risks, dependencies, and operational readiness considerations.

Senior‑level integration leadership experience on large enterprise ERP or S/4HANA programs
Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Business Integration Suite (BIS), including Cloud Integration
Proven experience designing API‑first enterprise integrations
Deep understanding of integration governance, SDLC, observability, and lifecycle management
Experience operating in highly customized, brownfield environments
Ability to lead across multiple vendors, integrators, and internal teams

Experience with SAP PI/PO
Exposure to MuleSoft and enterprise API platforms
Experience with Oracle WebLogic / iHub
Managed File Transfer experience (e.g., JSCAPE)
Previous work within or alongside an Integration Center of Excellence (CoE)
