Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Project Manager to join the wealth program management team on a 12‑month contract. This role offers strong potential for growth and learning within a collaborative, hybrid work environment (1–2 days in office).
This position will support cross‑functional teams delivering marketing, email and journey initiatives. The Project Manager will work closely with development and marketing teams and business stakeholders to ensure projects are planned, executed, and delivered effectively.

Responsibilities
Run day‑to‑day delivery (D2D) activities for assigned projects
Facilitate daily stand‑ups for development team and marketing teams
Support multiple teams
Manage workfront / project management tools for tracking delivery, creating project plans, and resource capacity management
Plan and coordinate project timelines and deliverables
Proactively identify, track, and resolve blockers
Understand and translate business requirements into development‑ready work items
Actively participate in stakeholder communications and alignment
Support QA coordination, including email follow‑ups and issue tracking and conduct QA reviews, including email follow-ups and issue tracking
Ensure a high level of attention to detail across communications and documentation
Time Allocation (Approximate):
~30% stakeholder and project calls
~30% problem solving and issue resolution
~20% stakeholder management
~20% other initiatives and project support

2+ years of experience in a project‑focused role such as:
Account Manager (AM)
Project Coordinator (PC)

Customer Success Representative (CSR)
Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent education
