Job Description

The Analytics Consultant will support a large‑scale data modernization and migration initiative, partnering with business and technology teams to design, build, and enhance enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. This role will focus on developing new metrics, scorecards, and visualizations that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders, while modernizing legacy reporting platforms into scalable, future‑state solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands‑on experience with SQL for querying, data analysis, and metric development
Experience working with SAS in an analytics or reporting environment
Solid experience with SSRS, including report development and migration
Expertise in Power BI, specifically Power BI paginated reports
Proven experience supporting data modernization and migration initiatives
Ability to design and deliver new metrics, scorecards, breakdowns, and visualizations aligned to business KPIs
Experience translating business requirements into clear analytical outputs and reporting solutions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience modernizing legacy analytics or reporting platforms
Prior work on enterprise performance scorecards for senior leadership
Strong stakeholder communication skills in a consulting or client‑facing environment
Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services)
