Job Description

Act as the Lead Business Analyst for Email Money Transfer Initiatives across web and mobile customer‑facing platforms
Serve as a lead component BA, supporting the BA Manager and guiding other BAs on the program
Engage with large, cross‑functional stakeholder groups, including Product Owners, Program Teams, Technology, QA, and Compliance
Manage high volumes of change requests, including regulatory and mandatory requirements, while maintaining delivery momentum
Provide clear, consistent communication to senior stakeholders in a high‑visibility environment

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of Business Analysis experience, with demonstrated seniority in large programs
Proven experience as a Lead or Senior BA on complex, enterprise‑scale initiatives
Strong experience supporting customer‑facing web and mobile applications
Hands‑on experience bridging Waterfall governance with Agile delivery execution
Strong background in requirements management, including complex change management
Comfortable operating in high‑visibility, highly regulated environments
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Jira and confluence
Email Money Transfer Experience (EMT)

Digital/Banking experience
