We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong experience in retail analytics, SQL, Python, and BigQuery. This role sits within the Business Retail (BR100) organization, supporting both Looker-based analytics and experimentation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep analytical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead analysis end‑to‑end while partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
4–5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science
Strong background in retail analytics (digital retail preferred)
Advanced proficiency in:
SQL
Python
BigQuery
Looker (or similar BI tools)
Experience supporting digital projects or digital-native businesses
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and lead analytical workstreams
Nice-to-Have
Experience in experimentation or A/B testing environments
Exposure to infrastructure engineering or data platform teams
Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
Candidates missing only the retail component may still be considered if technically strong
