Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Solution Delivery Specialist to join our Commercial Banking team, supporting the Transaction Product Services (TPS) back-office setup. This role is pivotal in bridging client needs with internal technical delivery, ensuring seamless implementation of banking solutions. Needed in Van and Toronto. French is an asset.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and collaborate with the Client Services & Solutions Agreement (CSSA) team to support documentation, product setup, and client onboarding.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Solution Implementation: Lead the delivery of commercial banking products and services to clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical capabilities.

Technical Setup: Collaborate with TPS teams to configure and support back-office systems and infrastructure.

Client Engagement: Act as a primary liaison for clients during product setup, addressing technical queries and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Documentation Support: Partner with CSSA to manage agreement documentation, providing day-to-day support and clarification.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Product, Technology, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years with Customer Service Experience
○ Quick learning - grasp well
○ Effectively manage workloads
Deal with very high work loads
Excellent communication skills; bilingual proficiency preferred.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex documentation processes.

Technical aptitude with a collaborative mindset.
