Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst, Equity Derivatives to join its Capital Markets Middle Office team. This role supports the Equity Derivatives trading desk with a strong focus on Independent Price Verification (IPV), product control, and valuation. The successful candidate will bring a strong technical finance background, a solid understanding of derivatives valuation, and hands-on experience working in a fast paced trading environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in a Middle Office, Product Control, Valuation, or IPV role within Capital Markets
• Hands-on experience with Equity Derivatives and solid understanding of model-based valuation concepts
• Degree in Finance, Mathematics or Engineering
• Strong Excel skills (Macros, VBA, Pivot Tables)
• Experience with data and reporting tools such as
• Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar platforms is an asset

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Professional designations such as FRM or CFA (nice to have, not required)
• Previous banking experience (can be international as well, ie. JP Morgan Brazil or India)
• SQL or other querying/automation experience is a plus
