Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Technical Writer/Executive Presentation & Reporting Specialist to support a top banking client with the creation of polished, executive‑level presentations and reports. This role focuses on transforming raw inputs (emails, Excel files, Power BI outputs) into clear, compelling executive narratives used for project updates, status reporting, and leadership decision‑making.

The successful candidate will work closely with executive stakeholders and senior leaders on a day‑to‑day basis. While the Technical Writer prepares, shapes, and refines all content, final presentations will be delivered by leadership, making accuracy, clarity, and strong visual storytelling critical.

This role is ideal for someone who excels behind the scenes, enjoys working with ambiguity, and takes pride in producing high‑impact executive materials.

Responsibilities
- Translate raw data, notes, and unstructured inputs (emails, Excel files, meeting notes) into refined PowerPoint decks and executive reports
- Develop clear, concise project status and executive updates tailored to senior audiences
- Build, clean, and manipulate content in Excel; light interaction with Power BI dashboards to extract data and reporting inputs
- Apply strong visual design and storytelling principles to ensure clarity and executive readiness
- Manage multiple inputs, feedback cycles, and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to iterate on messaging and presentation flow

Required Skills & Experience

- Advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (Microsoft Office suite)
- Strong executive communication skills with a sharp design sensibility
- Proven ability to summarize complex information into clear, visually compelling presentations
- Experience working behind the scenes on executive‑level presentation and reporting
- Self‑starter with a proactive mindset, strong judgment, and collaborative approach

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Background in technology and/or financial services (wealth management a strong plus)
- Design‑focused or creative background (presentation design, branding, visual storytelling)
- Experience supporting executive leadership or PMO‑style reporting
