Job Description
Must-Have Qualifications
• Over 10 years’ experience in business project management within financial services, call centres, and Service Operations projects
• Advanced stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and relationship management skills, including influencing without direct authority (“soft power”)
• Expertise in project and business risk management, including proactive identification, monitoring, and mitigation of critical path deliverables and risks
• Proven ability to facilitate and document project objectives, business cases, and quantifiable benefits
• Strong background in business process improvement, mapping, re-engineering, automation, and process documentation
• Experience leading change initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders managing significant BAU workloads
• Exceptional workshop facilitation, able to overcome resistance and achieve consensus
• Demonstrated sound judgement, learning agility, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and interactions at all levels including C-level executives
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to operate independently and deliver in fast-paced, complex environments
• Strong planning, organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
• Experience in call centre/contact centre operations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking skills

• Effective alignment and partnership across business and technical teams, including collaboration with Technology Project Managers
• Preparation and facilitation of governance meetings (e.g., Steerco), workshops, feedback sessions, lessons learned, and leadership updates
• Trust-building and empathetic relationship management with leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Driving clarity and influencing decisions in ambiguous situations without direct authority
• Creation and maintenance of essential project artifacts: Charter, Governance, RACI matrices, project plans, RAID logs, status reports, communication and change plans
• Clear articulation of risks, mitigation strategies, impact analysis, and timely decision-making with senior leadership
• Ensuring compliance with governance, audit, and regulatory standards
• Change management planning, adoption health reporting, and facilitation
• Strategic analysis, business recommendations, and continuous improvement mindset
• Management of project budgets and financial forecasts
• Vendor and contractor management, including negotiation and performance oversight
Preferred & Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Process improvement certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Familiarity with automation, workflow tools, and AI-enhanced process initiatives
• Valid PMP designation (PMI or equivalent)
• Experience with Agile (Scrum), Hybrid, or other project management methodologies
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Training in change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
