Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to support a large enterprise client in a regulated environment. This role is responsible for driving predictable, transparent, and high‑quality outcomes across complex projects, programs, and initiatives.
The Agile Delivery Lead will partner closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, solution architects, and business stakeholders to remove obstacles, improve delivery processes, and enable high‑performing, self‑organizing teams. This individual will play a key role across planning, execution, financial tracking, risk management, and release readiness.

Required Skills & Experience
5–7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, program delivery, or project management
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid)
Solid understanding of SDLC, PDLC/PMLC, and enterprise delivery governance
Experience delivering complex initiatives in financial services or other regulated environments
Hands‑on experience with delivery management, release management, and DevOps processes
Experience tracking budgets, forecasts, and value realization
Strong analytical and complex problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in fast‑paced environments
Experience using tools such as Jira, Clarity, and reporting/dashboards
Post‑secondary education in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience coaching teams using data‑driven Agile metrics
Background supporting solution architecture or complex enterprise platforms
Experience coordinating work across multiple vendors or extended delivery teams
Exposure to financial governance, value realization, or benefits tracking
Strong stakeholder management skills at senior leadership levels
Agile, Scrum, or delivery‑related certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI‑ACP, etc.)
Experience supporting large, enterprise‑wide initiatives
