Job Description

Manager- Campaign Analytics and Execution role plays a pivotal role in the development and continuous improvement of campaigns and leads programs for Private Wealth. This role will lead pre-campaign analysis, preparation and execution of lead programs and campaigns along with post campaign analysis to determine program effectiveness and reporting. This role requires hand on experience of data ETL from multiple databases and schemas.

The role requires in-depth understanding of Private Wealth clients and business to synthesize data needed for campaign development as well as post campaign/ lead program reporting (e.g., reports, presentations) for KPI tracking. The Manager acts as a trusted advisor on business and client insights and works directly with members of PW business teams. He/She will consult on analytical solutions to understand, analyze, and synthesize requirements, goals and objectives relative to data and business intelligence needs and to enable high-quality, fact-based business decisions to drive better business outcomes.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Acts as a trusted advisor to Private Wealth partners by leading campaign development, execution, and performance monitoring, including the design and delivery of meaningful reporting and insights for campaign owners and stakeholders.

Designs, builds, and maintains ad‑hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, dashboards, and performance commentary, applying strong knowledge of Private Wealth strategy to surface the most relevant insights for each audience.

Manages end‑to‑end campaign development and deployment independently, including planning, execution, measurement, and optimization, while handling non‑routine situations and adhering to business guidelines and timelines.

Partners closely with channel leads, marketing analytics, and business partners to analyze performance data, recommend improvements, and compile reporting for stakeholder communications.

Builds and maintains scalable, consistent reporting solutions by selecting and implementing appropriate data extraction, cleansing, visualization, and analytics tools, while promoting automation, self‑serve analytics, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Identifies emerging opportunities, breaks down complex business problems, and delivers actionable insights, recommendations, and visualizations that drive pipeline results and business impact.

Develops and standardizes campaign plans, documentation, processes, and communication practices to improve efficiency, alignment, and continuous improvement across campaign management.

Serves as the primary point of contact for campaign priorities, resources, timelines, and execution, actively participating in planning sessions, kickoffs, reporting reviews, and ongoing stakeholder meetings.

Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while documenting and maintaining operational procedures related to analytical and reporting processes.

Takes on additional responsibilities or projects as required.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications
• 4 Years Experience in Data Analytics
○ ETL, Data engineering, investigations, comfortable curating data from multiple data sources etc.)
• End to end 360 Campaign support – 4+ years
• SAS – 4+ years
• Power BI – 3+ years
• SQL – 4+ years (very strong proficiency)

• 4+ years experience with SAS Enterprise Guide
○ SQL‑based, hard‑coding focused (not GUI‑only or minor use)
• Very strong SQL proficiency
• Comfortable working with campaign and customer datasets
Core Capabilities
• Solid understanding of campaign execution processes and mechanisms
• Ability to manage multiple BAU and ad‑hoc requests concurrently
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
○ Able to explain complex data clearly
Confident interacting with stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Salesforce/CRM platforms
• Banking or financial services background
○ Exposure to organizations such as Canadian Tire Bank is an asset
○ Private Wealth experience is a strong plus
• Exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools
Light exposure to campaign data engineering (not hardcore engineering)
