Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a PMO Lead to support a large, complex technology organization focused on business-critical banking platforms. This role will be responsible for leading PMO operations across multiple Agile delivery teams, ensuring consistent governance, delivery discipline, and alignment between technology initiatives and business priorities.
The PMO Lead will partner closely with senior business leaders, technology managers, and delivery teams to drive planning, execution, and reporting across a portfolio of initiatives. This individual will play a key role in establishing and maintaining PMO standards, monitoring delivery health, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring transparency at the program and portfolio level.
The ideal candidate brings experience supporting large-scale banking or financial services programs, has led PMOs within Agile environments, and is comfortable operating in fast-paced, regulated enterprise settings. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight, hands-on leadership, and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery across multiple lines of business.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading large, enterprise PMOs supporting multiple workstreams or programs
Strong background in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid Agile/Waterfall)
Demonstrated experience working in banking or financial services environments
Ability to partner closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to drive delivery
Experience overseeing project governance, reporting, risk management, and delivery standards
Strong communication skills with the ability to present status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership
Experience managing cross-functional teams across technology and business lines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting consumer, personal, or small business banking technology initiatives
Background working in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
Experience with enterprise-scale transformation programs
Familiarity with portfolio-level reporting and financial tracking
PMO, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar certifications
