Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Field Marketing Execution Strategist to join one of their largest technology customers. This role will be a contract-to-hire position with eligibility for conversion starting at 6-months, however, there is a strong potential to be on contract longer. The role is hybrid and will require onsite 2-3 days in their Oakville, Canada office. The role will also require occasional travel, about 10%, for various events in Montreal and Calgary.
The Field Marketing Execution Strategist will be joining a globally distributed team to execute marketing at scale targeting audiences with both local and global impact and helps companies adopt the right software to help grow and create innovative products. They will drive the marketing plan to support strategic goals and meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets and work with the Global Industry Planner and Zone Planner to understand investment priorities and select and prioritize program activities. You will be communicating with and educating cross-functional teams about new and planned marketing activities, including global and local programs. This is an individual contributor, non-people managing opportunity. However, this individual will be managing up to 6 workstreams/events simultaneously.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5+ years of Marketing experience including:
o Inbound marketing strategy/execution
o Managing multi-channel and multi-product campaigns
o Event coordination i.e., trade shows, seminars, etc.
• Wrike, Salesforce or similar WMS platform
• Enterprise-level company experience managing multiple project workstreams at a time
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, demand generation, pipeline contribution, and demand waterfall concepts
• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business +)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Forester Marketing Training (If not already completed, will have to complete a 12-Week Forester Training upon hire)
• Marketing experience working in B2B software industry, manufacturing, industrial, or technology sectors
• Ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese
