Job Description
Insight Global is seek a highly organized, experienced Specialist, Events for a full service law firm in Downtown Toronto. In this role, you will report to the Director, Marketing Operations & Events and will be responsible for planning and executing high‑impact client and internal events that support business development objectives and strengthen client relationships.
This role plays a key part on a national Events team, translating strategic priorities into well‑executed in‑person, virtual, and hybrid experiences including seminars, conferences, sponsorships, receptions, and branded programs. The successful candidate brings strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, professional environment.

Required Skills & Experience
-University or College degree in Marketing, business administration, Communications or Event Management
-3+ years of end‑to‑end event management experience within fast‑paced environments, managing 40+ events per year and delivering polished experiences for senior executive audiences.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred), and virtual event platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
-Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive with a strong client service mindset
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-Professional services, law firm, or B2B experience strongly preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
