Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Trilingual Payroll Specialist to join a large HCM client in Mexico. In this role, you will be supporting payroll-related customer inquiries and provide first-level support via email and phone, responding to payroll process and system integration questions, gathering required information, and coordinating with the payroll vendor to resolve inquiries. This position does not calculate or process payroll; instead, it focuses on customer service, investigation, communication, and follow‑through. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage client expectations are essential to succeed in this role.

Required Skills & Experience
-Experience in a customer service, client support, or service desk–type role
-Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (written and verbal)
-Strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly when answers are not immediately available
-Experience conducting first-level investigation of client inquiries and escalating or coordinating as needed
-Ability to work as an intermediary between clients and third-party vendors
-Strong written communication skills for professional client-facing email correspondence
-Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests at once
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Payroll experience or exposure to payroll processes (Mexico and/or LATAM preferred, but not required)
-Experience supporting HR, payroll, or HCM systems in a client-facing environment
-Experience working in a managed services environment
-Exposure to payroll integrations or vendor-based payroll models
-Experience supporting enterprise or multinational clients
