Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Servicing Analyst for a 1-year contract with a major banking client in downtown Toronto. The Servicing Analyst will provide loan servicing and monitoring support for corporate and commercial lending portfolios, ensuring all activities comply with credit agreements, policies, and guidelines. This role involves executing routine transactions within service-level agreements, resolving customer issues, and completing key administrative tasks to support smooth operations. The analyst will collaborate across teams to deliver accurate loan servicing, prepare customer notifications and billings, process transactions such as loan advances and wire transfers, and contribute to process improvements, change management initiatives, and training development.

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years of a relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Commerce or Finance
Knowledge and understanding of the business unit's products and services, processes, and controls
Knowledge of standard desktop applications and department systems and applications
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Self-starter with an eager attitude to learn and grow in an exciting and fast-paced work environment
Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience dispersing money via direct transfer, wire transfers, SWIFT, or other methods
Experience working in a banking or enterprise-level financial institution
Experience working on LoanIQ
Experience in corporate and commercial lending and loan servicing
