Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead complex technology initiatives with a highly hands‑on approach. This role requires more than traditional project management ownership; the successful candidate will be deeply involved in understanding the technology, delivery approach, and team dynamics to ensure work is delivered effectively and predictably. You will work closely with development teams to translate technical discussions into clear plans, validate estimates, manage scope, and drive productivity across delivery teams. This individual will operate comfortably across waterfall and agile models, ensuring strong governance, clear forecasting, and well‑maintained delivery artifacts while supporting teams as they evolve toward more agile ways of working. The ideal candidate understands what is being delivered, how it is built, and why it matters, and is able to build strong relationships while keeping delivery on track.

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. Proven ability to manage delivery across both waterfall and agile environments, with experience working in blended models.
Strong technical understanding, with the ability to follow development discussions, understand system impacts, and provide meaningful delivery updates without relying solely on developers.
Experience creating and maintaining forecasts in a project management tool (tool‑agnostic).
Demonstrated experience managing scope, estimates, timelines, and delivery artifacts end‑to‑end.
Hands‑on experience with delivery artifacts including user stories, audit documentation, Confluence, and governance materials.
Ability to explain systems, delivery approach, and team progress clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to partner closely with development teams and stakeholders.
Stable career history with a preference for long‑term engagements over frequent job changes.

Experience with Clarity PPM or similar financial and portfolio management tools.
Exposure to regulatory or audit‑driven projects.
Background supporting wealth management systems or financial services environments.
Familiarity with banking tools or enterprise financial systems.
