Job Description
5–6+ years of hands-on experience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with majority of experience with CyberArk Vault
Deep expertise in end-to-end PAM onboarding processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and full PAI (Privileged Account Inventory) analysis and execution
Experience leading PAM-related UAT and Production Implementation Verification (PIV)
Proven experience in high-volume onboarding (e.g., subsidiaries, acquisitions, or large-scale enterprise rollouts)
Hands-on experience creating and managing forms in ServiceNow to support PAM workflows
Banking or financial services experience
Solid understanding of IT service management (incident, change, and problem management)
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to manage escalations and stakeholder expectations
Certifications in ITIL, CyberArk (e.g., Defender, Sentry), or related IAM/PAM technologies
Experience supporting broader Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms or security operations
Familiarity with ticketing and workflow tools such as ServiceNow (advanced) or Jira

Required Skills & Experience
Enrollment and de-enrollment of Safes
Provisioning/ De-Provisioning of privileged accounts onto PAM solution as part of the project
Ongoing monitoring of PAI to ensure new privileged IDs are onboarded onto PAM
Ongoing monitoring & reporting of privileged IDs password compliance - - accountable to ensure password is rotated in compliance with our LASS standard
Creation of Provisioning and De-provisioning MMP forms to provision accounts to PAM solution
Lead PAM-related User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Implementation Verification (PIV).
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from the PAM solution (e.g., PAM inventory, account checkouts, compliance status).
Manage incidents and issues for in-scope systems in agreed-upon working hours.
Document BB related PAM processes and KBs
Maintain ongoing communication with application teams, stakeholders, and risk leads across lines of business - addressing questions and escalations.
