Job Description
Insight Global is supporting a leading financial services organization in hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join a banks Global Asset Management (GAM) Digital Product Team. This role supports the evolution of secure, client‑ and advisor‑facing digital platforms, with a strong focus on investment products, digital onboarding, and agile product delivery. The BSA will partner closely with product, business, and technology teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for GAM digital products, including Mutual Funds, ETFs, CDRs, and alternative investments
- Lead requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Support digital onboarding workflows, including advisor‑initiated onboarding, digital forms, and e‑signature processes
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog
- Work closely with agile squads throughout the SDLC to ensure solutions align to business needs
- Analyze complex business and data problems and provide actionable insights
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and validation of new features and enhancements

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business IT Consultant
- Experience within wealth management, asset management, capital markets, or investment operations
- Strong understanding of investment products (Mutual Funds, ETFs, CDRs, alternatives)
- Hands‑on experience with digital platforms and client onboarding workflows
- Strong Agile experience (Scrum) using JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
- Proven ability to independently own deliverables in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with secure site design, IAM, SSO, and MFA
- Digital or banking platform experience, especially within Global Asset Management
- Experience with Smart Forms, workflow automation, or digital identity/authentication
- French language proficiency
