Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a UX / Product Designer to support a Big 5 banking client, working across three portfolios with a primary focus on secure, scalable online banking experiences.
• Design and deliver end‑to‑end user experiences across multiple digital platforms
• Create UX and UI deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, content partners, and fellow designers to support product delivery
• Translate user research, data, and business requirements into clear design solutions
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on concepts based on feedback and insights
• Apply existing design systems, patterns, and accessibility standards to ensure consistency and quality
• Clearly communicate design rationale and advocate for user‑centered outcomes
Contribute to usability testing, research activities, and continuous experience improvement

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in UX / Product Design
• Figma (end‑to‑end design & prototyping)
• Jira & Confluence
• Large enterprise, multi‑portfolio experience
• Agile experience partnering closely with engineering
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration (PM, Dev, Content, Design)
• Ability to translate user research and data into design decisions
• Proven discovery, solutioning, and problem‑solving skills
Strategic, scalable approach to complex design challenges
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Banking or financial services experience
• Fraud, security, or identity experiences (OTP, MFA, biometrics, passkeys)
• Business banking or self‑serve digital experiences
• Internal platforms or compliance‑driven workflows
• Alerts, messaging, or customer education experiences
Conversational AI or chatbot exposure
