Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support reporting, automation, and fulfillment activities across customer journeys and mutual fund processes, with a strong focus on the Canadian business. This role will play a key part in automating manual reporting and fulfillment steps, improving data quality through strong QA practices, and supporting ongoing reporting needs as processes transition to a more automated operating model. The analyst will work extensively with SAS, SQL, and Salesforce, contributing to journey reporting, mutual fund fulfillment, and technical documentation across the team’s data and analytics stack.

Key Responsibilities
Automate reports and fulfillment processes, reducing manual steps across journey and mutual fund workflows
Build, enhance, and maintain reporting using SAS, SQL, and Salesforce data sources
Support journey reporting, including Journey Builder technical specifications and fulfillment reporting
Perform strong QA on data, reports, and automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations (BB Visualizer, TD Visualizer, PowerBI, Tableau as applicable)
Document data flows, technical specifications, and reporting logic in Confluence
Support ongoing reporting during the transition of mutual fund reporting and automation into the OLB process
Collaborate with journey teams on technology stack documentation and reporting requirements
Extensively support Canadian journey initiatives and mutual fund carry processes

Must Haves
Very strong SAS and SQL experience (joins, unions, macros)
Salesforce experience, including working with data for reporting and automation
Hands-on experience with automation of reporting and data processes
Strong QA skills with attention to detail and data validation
Experience supporting manual-to-automated process transitions

PowerBI experience
Fintech or financial services experience
Experience with Python for automation
Experience building dashboards in Tableau and Excel
Familiarity with BB Visualizer or TD Visualizer tools
