We are currently seeking an experienced Service HVAC Technician to join Enercare's growing service team. This individual will be responsible for servicing HVAC systems across residential and light commercial sites, working independently in a company‑provided vehicle while collaborating closely with a supportive service team.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
• Perform service, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems
• Service calls primarily in Brampton and surrounding northern areas
• Work 8‑hour shifts, Monday–Friday
• Shift rotation includes:
○ Day shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 / 4:30 PM
○ Evening shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (rotates every two weeks)
• Participate in a schedule weekend shift (every other weekend)
○ Weekends worked are balanced with time off during the week
• Travel independently to job sites using a company‑provided vehicle
• Work collaboratively with dispatch, management, and fellow technicians

Required Skills & Experience
Must‑Have Requirements
Valid 313D Refrigeration License
Valid G2 Gas License
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service HVAC Technician
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Reliable, professional, and safety‑focused approach to service work
Team‑first mindset with a positive, respectful attitude
Comfortable working rotating shifts and occasional weekends
Looking to build a long‑term career with one organization
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice‑to‑Haves (Pluses)
Hydronic / Boiler experience (5+ years preferred)
Boiler experience is a strong asset, not a deal‑breaker
