Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a bilingual customer service professional to join a global manufacturing firm's Customer Account team. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operational relationship with our valued customers and partners. This includes forecasting, order and logistic execution, accounts receivable, and managing customer requests.

Role responsibilities:
Manage Order & delivery

o Captures, records and commits customer orders according to customer needs, agreement and defined service level
o Proposes product alternatives in case of phase-out or shortage
o If relevant, optimizes, plans and coordinates the delivery with customers and partner.
o Monitor Execution
o Handles customer orders portfolio and monitors execution
o Liaise with the relevant partners to ensure on-time deliveries and service commitment
o Proactively alerts customer in case of any event, delay or failure regarding the service commitment and engages in the search for a solution to the customer
o Informs and follows up with customers
o Partner with the customer and internal business partners to collect payment for orders and keep our accounts receivable healthy

Manage Request
o Captures customer’s requests orders, quotes & claims
o Analyses and provides issue resolution or appropriate answer
o Contacts, follows up and closes the loop with customer
o Performs basic root cause analysis and implements corrective actions to eliminate reoccurrences.
o Shares recurring problems with the relevant internal partner(s) in order to find solutions
o Support sales
Seizes opportunity to up-sell and cross-sell in response to Customer orders, requests and portfolio management
Apply and improve work methods
Applies standards and procedures (including internal control rules ….).
Contributes to continuous improvement to enhance work methods and customer satisfaction

This role is a 12-15 month contract with the possibility for conversion to full-time. It is on-site in Mississauga, 8-5PM Monday to Friday. It is possible with strong performance & confidence from management post-training, this role could have two days from home.

Required Skills & Experience

Fluent French and English skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Basic mathematic skills as this role will involve some collections and invoicing
Ability to multi-task and be resourceful
