Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Solution Architect to support a Wealth Management technology organization undergoing cloud and AI transformation. This role will design solutions across a diverse application ecosystem, including legacy platforms, vendor systems, and new AI-enabled capabilities built on the Microsoft Azure stack. The architect will play a key role in shaping responsible AI solutions, including RAG-based architectures, while ensuring alignment with enterprise risk and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solutions across legacy, vendor, and cloud-native platforms
- Define architectures for AI-enabled applications, including RAG-based solutions
- Ensure solutions align with responsible AI, legal, and risk frameworks
- Guide development teams within Agile pods on architecture and design standards
- Support modernization and platform evolution using Azure, AI Foundry, and GitHub

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in solution or application architecture in an enterprise financial services environment
- Strong experience designing solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Experience designing and supporting AI-driven or automation-enabled platforms, specifically in the Azure environment
- Experience with AI Foundry, M365, or Microsoft Copilot integrations including Github Copilot
- Ability to work across complex, multi-application environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Exposure to RAG architectures or AI chat solutions
- Wealth management or insurance domain experience
