Job Description
Insight Global is seeking Senior QA Analysts to support a large-scale cloud and AI-enabled transformation within a major financial services organization. These roles sit within Agile pods, focusing on validating cloud-based platforms, automated workflows, and AI-supported solutions built on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in QA strategy, test automation, and data validation, with exposure to AI-driven applications and modern DevOps practices. This role is hybrid onsite in Downtown Toronto
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test strategies for cloud-based and AI-enabled applications
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across Azure platforms
- Build and maintain automation frameworks to support continuous testing
- Validate AI-supported features, including RAG-based solutions, for accuracy and reliability
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams within Agile pods
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Document test cases, defects, and QA best practices

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–7+ years of experience as a QA Analyst in large enterprise banking/financial services environments
- Strong automation testing experience, automated test scripts and automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience building automation using Python, Selenium, or similar tools
- Experience testing AI or automation-driven solutions
- Exposure to Responsible AI principles from a QA perspective
- Strong SQL and data validation experience
- Experience testing Azure-based applications
- Experience with Github, Agile delivery models and CI/CD workflows
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, M365, or Microsoft Copilot
- Financial services, insurance, or wealth management domain experience
