Job Description

The Seller Support Specialist primary function is to obtain the release of vehicles that are located at body shops and other locations. The ideal candidate will provide frontline support between internal operations and insurance clients, handling customer service inquiries, supporting claims/insurance processes, and serving as an interim liaison for client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as primary point of contact for assigned insurance clients, responding to inquiries via phone/email.
-Support insurance-related processes (documentation, claims coordination, basic policy/coverage questions) per Copart procedures.
-Coordinate with internal operations and sales teams to resolve client issues and escalate as required.
-Attend occasional in-person meetings at client office (approx. once/week or as needed).
-Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

-2+ years customer service experience (call center, yard/customer support, dispatcher, title clerk or related).
-Comfortable with remote work and able to travel to Toronto occasionally.
-Reliable internet/work-from-home setup.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in insurance customer service or familiarity with insurance processes .
Experience working in automotive/auction/yard operations or dispatcher roles.
Previous experience supporting enterprise clients or working in a liaison capacity.
Bilingual -Friench/English
