Process Optimization Consultant

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Process Optimization Consultant to join a leading financial institution in Toronto, ON on a 6-month contract basis (with strong possibility of extension/conversion) to support various large data initiatives across the enterprise. As a Process Optimization Consultant, you’ll identify and implement process improvements that enhance client experience and generate profitability. You’ll use your experience and direct client feedback to improve the quality of key processes that affect our clients. You’ll work closely with your team and assist in the planning, development, and implementation of a process strategy that will build the bank of the future. You know how to facilitate meetings with large groups of 10 or more stakeholders with varying opinions to reach desired outcomes. This role is 1-2x/week onsite in downtown Toronto, ON.

-4+ years of process optimization experience, preferably within the financial industry or large enterprise environments
-Experience using data analytics tools like Power BI/Tableau/Excel
-Experience with Visio/Figma and/or other process mapping technology
-Must be able to work 1-2x/week onsite in downtown Toronto, ON

-Experience in Agile environments
-Project Management or Change Management experience and/or certifications
