Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a confidential Tier‑1 financial services client supporting a high‑visibility, client‑facing online trading platform used by thousands of investors daily. This is a strong resume‑building opportunity with exposure to modern cloud technologies and long‑term growth potential.



What You’ll Be Doing

Provide production support and incident management for a Tier‑1 online trading application
Support 3–4 core modules, including Account Opening, Trading, Cash Transfers, and Internal Agent Portal
Investigate, triage, and resolve production issues with a focus on business impact
Run incident bridges and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders
Support Azure cloud components and OpenShift microservices
Participate in after‑hours code deployments (every 5th week, compensated with time in lieu)
Act as an SME for change impact assessments and service improvements

Required Skills & Experience

3–5+ years of Application / Production Support
Hands‑on experience in an Azure application environment
Experience supporting OpenShift (OCP)
Database knowledge (Oracle and/or MS SQL Server)
ServiceNow ticketing experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting Tier‑1, client‑facing applications
High‑impact outage management experience
Financial services or banking domain exposure
