Business Analyst

Insight Global is hiring for a Business Analyst to join an Agile team focused on enhancing and improving a customer-facing platform within a broader technology modernization program. This role sits within one of two Agile pods dedicated to customer connectivity initiatives, supporting both branch and virtual user experiences. The Business Analyst will be highly business-focused, working closely with technology teams and external stakeholders to elicit requirements, document business functionality, and translate needs into clear, actionable user stories. Collaboration is critical, as this team’s work has strong dependencies on multiple external teams across the organization. The role involves supporting ongoing enhancements, understanding data flows and system integrations, and ensuring business requirements are accurately reflected in technical solutions. Reporting to Lyndon, this individual will play a key role in driving incremental improvements to a customer-facing application within a complex, enterprise environment.

- 6+ years experience working as a Business Analyst within an Agile pod or scrum team.
- Strong business-focused mindset and experience
- Banking experience is required.
- Experience working on user/customer-facing or internal user-facing applications.
- Hands-on experience eliciting requirements and writing detailed user stories.
- Experience collaborating closely with technology teams to understand data sources, system impacts, and functional dependencies.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly when working with external or cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- Experience working on large-scale technology modernization or transformation programs.
- Exposure to initiatives involving branch technology, virtualized environments, or distributed systems.
- Experience supporting enhancements and incremental improvements to existing platforms.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint for stakeholder communication and presentation materials.
- Experience supporting applications similar to customer connectivity or customer engagement platforms.
