Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an OpenText Exstream Developer who is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying communication templates across multiple channels using OpenText Exstream (v20+). This role involves end‑to‑end development—from gathering business requirements to packaging, testing, deployment, and production support—within a cloud‑native Exstream environment. The developer will work on multiple parallel projects, including claims, policy, and billing communications, delivering secure, scalable, and defect‑free solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
6-10 years expertise in OpenText Exstream Design Manager and Designer.
Experience with OpenText Cloud Orchestration and cloud‑native Exstream environments.
Hands‑on experience with Empower, Communication Designer, and Content Author.
Deep knowledge of print, PDF, AFP generation, job orchestration, and batch/on‑demand processing.
Ability to handle various data formats and integrate them into templates.
Strong troubleshooting experience across OpenText systems.
Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
Strong coding, debugging, and application maintenance skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with insurance domain (claims, policy, billing)—not mandatory but beneficial.
QE/Testing capability for manual validation of newly developed templates.
Experience working in environments without dedicated QA (developers own testing).
