Job Description

Senior Quality Engineer (QE)
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer (QE) to support mobile banking initiatives across iOS and Android platforms. This role focuses on validating high‑quality, secure, and accessible mobile experiences through a combination of hands‑on testing, automation, and modern AI‑driven quality practices. The Senior QE will work independently while collaborating closely with both business and technology stakeholders, consulting on feature design, validating functionality, and ensuring solutions are production‑ready.
In this role, you will test and validate mobile applications at multiple layers, including UI, service, and API levels. You will leverage cloud‑based device farms and simulators to execute regression testing across Android and iOS environments, design and automate test cases, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. A strong understanding of GenAI is expected, including the ability to convert requirements and behaviors into AI‑assisted prompts, generate test cases, and automate execution. Consultants in this role will actively demo features, test new capabilities, and provide quality insights throughout the delivery lifecycle. Some accessibility testing experience is required to ensure inclusive mobile experiences.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Java for test automation
Hands‑on experience with IDE tools (e.g., IntelliJ, Eclipse, or similar)
Experience using AI / GenAI for test case creation, prompt engineering, and automation
Service‑level and API testing using tools such as Postman and Rest Assured
Experience consuming and validating services used by mobile applications
Ability to design, automate, and maintain tests wired into CI/CD pipelines
Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

3–5 years of experience in quality engineering or test automation
Experience with cloud‑based device farms for mobile testing
Exposure to accessibility testing for mobile applications
Prior experience in mobile banking or financial services environments
