Job Description

A large commercial real estate company that specializes in industrial properties is looking to hire a temporary Leasing Coordinator to support their Toronto team. This person will be joining a team of 10 to support local deals, properties, events, proposals, and marketing material. Day to day, this person will manage lease transactions with listing brokerages, including assisting with showings, trading proposals, facilitating document completion, running credit checks, and overall supporting the creation of leases. This person will also have a large hand in coordinating with the company's legal team once clients agree to terms. Lastly, this role will require the use of Salesforce as a CRM and deal tracking tool. The other piece of this role will be heavily related to marketing - this will include responsibilities like creating collateral for buildings, partnering with the internal marketing team for accurate information for listings, creating attention catching materials, and responding to clients as needed. Overall, this team is seeking a responsive, professional, and highly communicative team member to manage both the leasing and marketing responsibilities for the Toronto team. This role will be temporary, to support a large influx in recent work for the group - the starting term is 1 month but has potential to extend up to 6 months total. This person will work 4-5 days in the Toronto office from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. This role can pay between $29-$39/hr, based directly on years of experience and technical qualifications.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years in a commercial real estate position (deal coordinator, leasing coordinator, administrative role, etc.)
General Marketing skills
1+ year of Salesforce experience, preferably for creating deals and transactions
Strong Microsoft Office/other office software knowledge (Xcel, Word, Outlook, Adobe PDF, Docusign, AP tools etc.)
Extremely outgoing and articulate personality, to manage relationships successfully with clients
