Job Description
Insight Global is looking for multiple Sr. Software Developers to join one of the largest HCM Companies in Canada. This role will be supporting a services transformation initiative for the company's core products and modules. Previous experience working with React, C#, .Net, microservices, and Azure Cloud is essential to succeed in this role. This role is fully remote based in Canada working EST hours.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7+ years experience working as a Software Developer
- Experience with React, Vue.Js, or Angular on the Front end
- Experience with C# OOP and .NET on the back end
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
- Experience with building Microservices from scratch and implementing
- Exposure to AI assisted development tools - github copilot preferred
- Experience with Unit Testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
- Experience with one of the major clouds (Azure preferred)
- Experience with SQL Server Database
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in very fast paced environments, and strong problem solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- HCM domain experience
- Experience with MongoDB
