Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Analytics Analyst to sit hybrid at a Cybersecurity client in Waterloo, Ontario. In this role, you will focus on measurement, optimization, and profitability analysis for customer acquisition efforts on the Marketing Analytics team. You will analyze campaign performance, design and evaluate experiments, and support frameworks that ensure marketing investments deliver measurable impact and efficiency.

(This role can pay $100,000-115,000 based on years of experience).

Required Skills & Experience

-4–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related field, ideally in an e-commerce company and/or a subscription-based business.
-Proficiency in SQL and experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
-Expertise in marketing measurement, including experimental design, campaign attribution, and performance analytics.
-Experience building dashboards and interactive reports in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
-Experience with campaign management and ad tech platforms such as CM360, Google Ads/Keywords, or similar tools.
-Exposure to attribution concepts and measurement approaches, with a focus on MMM, MTA, and incrementality.

-Mixed Media Modeling and multitouch experience
