Job Description
The Senior Delivery Lead will drive an integrated transformation across Home Financing and Personal Lending, leading an internal project and the lift and shift of teams from legacy locations to a new operating model enabled by Vobe and GenAI capabilities. They will own end to end delivery of up to six concurrent initiatives through Q3, ensuring front line mortgage and lending teams are supported through meaningful, well sequenced change. This role requires deep engagement with sales and front line stakeholders to understand change impact, align solutions to real workflows, and clearly articulate how initiatives ladder up to broader business outcomes. The Delivery Lead will step into proof of concept ideas that risk stalling, stabilizing them by scheduling work, rewriting business cases, and coordinating cross functional delivery. They will also manage data and platform dependencies across Azure and AWS while navigating FTE turnover and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams. Success in this role depends on strong orchestration, judgment, and the ability to bring clarity to complex, fast moving programs.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience leading large scale change management initiatives within complex, regulated environments
• Strong background in operational transformation, including end to end process redesign and optimization
• Demonstrated success delivering multi project programs with interdependent workstreams and stakeholders
• Ability to translate strategy into executable delivery plans and drive outcomes through ambiguity
• Experience coordinating across business, technology, and data teams
• Project management experience (formal PM certification is a nice to have)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in telecommunications or similarly complex, high volume operating environments
• Demonstrated success delivering initiatives that blend technical build, process design, and organizational change
• Strong technical coordination skills, including managing dependencies across cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Experience defining future state processes, operating models, and BAU readiness during transitions
• Executive ready communication skills, including building SteerCo/OpCo decks and facilitating large planning sessions
• Comfort engaging senior leaders, AI and technology teams, and cross functional partners with confidence and credibility
