Job Description

As Senior Product Manager for Loyalty & Offers, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of loyalty and promotional experiences across our mobile app and digital platforms. You’ll work in close partnership with Marketing to shape loyalty mechanics and offer strategy, and with Engineering to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
This role goes beyond translating requirements—you’ll actively shape initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and drive collaboration across partners and external relationships (e.g., national brand partnerships and cross-brand offers). You’ll own the evolution of our loyalty engine, personalization capabilities, and offer lifecycle—from concept through testing, launch, and optimization. You’ll also play a key leadership role, mentoring junior Product Managers and partnering with senior leaders to ensure product initiatives align with business and customer goals. This is a fully on-site role in Toronto 5 days per week. The base salary ranges from 130-150k with a bonus structure based on company performance.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the loyalty and offers product strategy across mobile and digital platforms
Own the product roadmap, vision, and delivery for loyalty, promotions, and personalization initiatives
Partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and external partners to drive impactful guest experiences
Lead technical product discussions, including system integrations, APIs, and platform scalability
Use data to inform decisions, measure performance, and optimize customer outcomes
Coach and mentor junior Product Managers and contribute to broader product leadership
