We are seeking a senior Scrum Master / Project Manager (combined role) to support a banking client across agile teams. This role is delivery focused and the successful candidate will be responsible for delivery ownership across FSC Servicing and CA Data teams.

Required Skills & Experience
Senior-level experience in banking technology environments- 10+ years
Previous experience as a Project Manager in banking, Scrum/Agile delivery
Proven experience delivering measurable results (KPIs, delivery metrics, outcomes)
Comfortable managing multiple teams, multiple initiatives, and change at scale
Banking technology platforms
Data & Analytics environments
Security and risk assessment processes
Agile delivery tooling (Jira, Confluence or similar)
Experience working with both Agile teams and non-Agile stakeholders
