Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Product Manager to own the product strategy and evolution of sales playbooks designed for AI assistant ingestion and activation. In this role, you will define the problem space, usage models, and success criteria for how sellers and AI assistants consume, interpret, and apply sales guidance at scale.
You will partner closely with Sales, Enablement, Data, and AI platform teams to translate seller needs and business priorities into structured, machine‑readable playbooks that can be reliably ingested by AI assistants. Rather than managing delivery timelines, you will focus on content taxonomy, decision logic, guardrails, and signal quality to ensure AI‑generated recommendations are accurate, contextual, and outcome‑driven.
You will continuously validate assumptions through seller feedback, AI performance metrics, and business impact, refining playbooks to improve seller effectiveness, deal progression, and consistency of execution. This role blends product discovery, domain modeling, and applied AI thinking to enable responsible, scalable, and measurable AI‑assisted selling across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Product Strategy and Vision: Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for multiple generative AI applications, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and market demand.
· Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technological feasibility.
· Data Readiness & Model Enablement: Collaborate to identify new data sources and perform data gap analyses needed to support products.
· Stakeholder Management & Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Generative AI initiatives.
· Responsible AI & Governance: Ensure all AI initiatives adhere to responsible AI frameworks, model governance, security, and compliance standards.
· Data‑Driven Decision Making & Strategic Insights: Integrate your technical knowledge, subject matter expertise, and understanding of trends to make sound decisions and influence business direction through data-driven analysis.
