Job Description
Insight Global is hiring Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Consultants to support multiple functional workstreams, including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Qualified candidates should have strong experience across at least two of these modules. These roles are part of a growing Oracle HCM Cloud program with immediate demand and long-term roadmap. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while delivering high-quality functional solutions aligned with Oracle best practices. You should be comfortable designing process flows, customizing approvals, and integrating with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Comp, ORC)
- Conduct workshops to gather and validate business requirements
- Design functional solutions and prepare configuration workbooks
- Execute testing activities and support UAT
- Collaborate with integration and conversion teams
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery excellence

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience
- Hands-on implementation experience with one or more of: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, ORC
- End-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience, minimum of 3 implementations in a Senior Consultant or Lead role.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Experience working in consulting or enterprise transformation environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience across multiple HCM modules
- Knowledge of HDL, extracts, and basic integrations
- Bilingual French/English (strong asset)
- Experience supporting Canadian or global HCM programs
