Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Accessibility Risk Assessor to join a large banking client on a 12 month contract in Toronto. You will join a team of accessibility experts supporting third party risk assessment for any existing or net new vendors. Experience with digital accessibility, VPATs, ACRs, WCAG standards, and strong organizational skills is crucial to succeed in this role. Please note, this role is hybrid in the core downtown area once a week plus one extra day per month.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years exp working within digital accessibility following standards WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549 (CAN/ASC 301 549)
- Hands on experience with VPATs and ACRs
- Excellent communication skills and Strong organization skills - knowing how to prioritize work based on what's most important
- Knowledge of digital accessibility regulations in North America – AODA, AMA, ACA and US ADA
- Familiarity with accessibility testing tools, assistive technologies, and remediation techniques
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Expert knowledge of Regulations Amending the Accessible Canada Regulations: SOR/2025-255 - this is a really strong plus
- Previous experience with risk frameworks
- Experience with Jira to extract reports
- Expert knowledge of how to design, develop and test requirements in EN 301 549 above WCAG
- Previous experience communicating in a large organization, financial organization, or corporation
