Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a senior network specialist to help with a hardware configuration project for a top 5 Canadian bank. This resource will help implement and support the cyber security network team with their hardware refresh planning, assessment, and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls in large enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of firewall lifecycle management and hardware refresh initiatives.
Experience working within regulated environments (financial services preferred).
Solid knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, SOC 2, NIST).
Proven ability to execute structured pre- and post-implementation validation.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Palo Alto Networks certifications (PCNSE or equivalent).
Experience supporting large-scale network transformation or modernization programs.
Familiarity with enterprise change management and governance processes.
Experience working with PMOs and multi-disciplinary technology teams.
